  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or stitched-to-order items
  • Items purchased on clearance, discount, or sale (unless defective)
  • Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return shipment process.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • In case of an error from our side, QasimSilk will cover return shipping charges.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns will be processed as:
    • Exchange for another product, or
    • Refund via original payment method or store credit (depending on availability)
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will prioritize replacement or refund.
